Over the years Iv'e had the pleasure and pain of working on various projects of all shapes and sizes from classic cars to stock cars to fishing boats, over the years images have been lost but not the memories, so rather than keep future memories locked in the vast vault in my head they are going on here, hope you enjoy

VW Beetle Boxter, Works Moving On

Work has been moving on and in the right direction, the air vent now sits into the panel to make the finish neat and tidy.

Slightly better view of the rear part of the sill

One of the big issues was how well had the rear suspension mounts had been tied in, the far corner is nothing more that filler and fiber glass, to the right it is un-welded.

Off side is the same,

Pretty rough, not the kind of work you want to see.

Mounts now tied back in and the left had side of this mount is welded to the upper cross member of the Porsche.

Decent access to the bolts. also better for prep and paint.

Attention towards the inner part of the A post, wanted to make sure that all was good, it wasn't, so the patch work was ripped out.

New panel fabricated and tied into both the Porsche's bulk head and into the Beetle's A post.

I'm hoping to have a few more photo's to share before Xmas, all being well I should be concentrating on the front of the Beetle.
